Kevin S. Harvey

Kevin has over 27 years of managerial experience as a commissioned officer in the United States Army and civilian executive. He has provided strategies that solved organizational problems, improved organizational operations and production, and increased efficiencies of both government agencies and private sector firms. As he developed these strategies, Kevin developed various analytical models that pointed large and small organizations to success. These strategies and analytical models were consistently used at the highest levels of the federal government including the Secretary of the Army, the Chief of Staff of the Army, the Secretary of Defense. As an Army Colonel, Kevin served as a top military strategist and readiness analyst for the Army, leading other senior military strategists and analysts in the development and execution of land-based strategies at the outset of Global War on Terrorism and Operation Noble Eagle.
He was also instrumental in developing and executing power projection strategies for Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom. In these assignments, Kevin acquired experience in contracting with the Federal Government. Kevin is a graduate of Hampton University where he received a bachelors' degree in Media Communications and he went on to receive a master's degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from the United States Naval War College.
